Covenant Edition:
The edition has the most background explanation and detailed introductory materials about the text and how it came about.  It includes an insightful selected glossary, LDS chapter and verse numbers for familiar navigation, as well as RE (Restoration Edition) chapter and paragraph navigational references.  

First Nations Edition:
This unique edition features a short audience specific introduction and has cover art that follows Native American motifs. It removes LDS-specific versification but retains structural elements such as chapters, paragraphs and page headers for navigational reference. 
 

Discovery Reader Edition: 
Designed for a broad audience or those new to the material.  This edition has minimal explanatory or introductory materials designed to allow the text to speak directly to the reader, independent of any specific religious tradition or belief system. 

Despite the differences in presentation and introductory content, the core text remains identical across all editions.
